The vision of Her Voice Returns is to provide a platform for women’s voices and experiences, as well as the feminine principle, which have often been silenced, overlooked, or rendered irrelevant.

Co-producers Carol Ribner and Susan Ida Boucaud will present stories that illuminate women's experiences in different ways. Carol Ribner will share a personal story about how a university professor's prejudice against women impacted her self-esteem and how she recovered. Susan Ida Boucaud will present a fictional story written by Lucy Maud Montgomery, exploring how women found ways to empower themselves in an era when they were denied the right to vote and were not legally recognized as persons.
