Is Anansi (also Anancy) more than a trickster? What other roles does he play in African and Caribbean folklore tradition? We’ll explore these questions as we listen to Anansi stories and discuss their historical and present-day significance. And finally we’ll get a chance ourselves to learn an Anansi tale and share it with the group.
