Victoria Lacey

Victoria Lacey is an accessibility consultant with a special interest in helping creative companies and artist-run centres become more inclusive to artists and audiences with access needs. Her lived experience as a disabled woman left her interested in the ways that we can work towards reducing attitudinal, environmental, and societal barriers in spaces where d/Deaf and disabled people have traditionally been excluded. She graduated from Ryerson University with a B.A. in Creative Industries, along with a minor in Disability Studies, in order to holistically understand how accessibility and art can not only intersect, but thrive, as one.
